2. Created an account through the app
3. Find a Ghud Power station through our app.
4. Scan QR code on Ghud Power station to release a power bank.
5. Grab, plug in the desired cable and go.
6. Return the power bank to any Ghud Power station.

A:The Ghud Power battery is the same as most traditional battery power banks, Ghud Power batteries come with inbuilt cables. You do not need to have your own cable to use a Ghud Power portable charger.

A: Once you are done using a Ghud Power battery, simply push the battery into an available slot in a Ghud Power station. Make sure to push down hard and wait for the confirmation sound and notification through the app.

A: When returning a battery make sure to push down hard on the top of the battery so it locks in place securely, you will then hear a click sound letting you know of your successful return and also a notification through the app. If the battery locks into place but fails to properly return then please reach out to our in-app customer support or call/WhatsApp on 00233261240000. If the station is full, please locate your nearest Ghud Power station and return it there at your convenience.

A: If there are no batteries available at the station where you find yourself, then find another nearest station via the app.

A: Yes! The Ghud Power battery can charge any device which uses the following cable Lightning (iPhone, iPad, iPod), Micro USB (Android Phones, Cameras, GoPro, Wireless Headphones etc.) or USB-C (Newer Android devices).

A: You can plug in a power adapter into the micro-USB port on the side of the Ghud Power battery to charge it from home.

A: A Ghud Power battery holds 5000mAh of charge. Depending on which phone model you have you should be able to get up to 1.5 full charges.

A: Ghud Power stations can be found in a mix of venues including Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Hotels etc. All Ghud Power stations will be able to be found through our app, we will direct you to the nearest station. Alternatively look out for our Ghud Power stickers on the outside of participating stores or you can ask staff if they have a Ghud Power station.

A: Our Ghud Power batteries have quick-charge technology built in which allow most phones to be fully charged in just over an hour. The exact time is dependent on which phone and model you own.

A: Unfortunately not, our service can only be used via electronic payment using a suitable debit or credit card ( Local or International).

A: The Ghud Power battery can charge an android and an Apple device at the same time. You can use the cables simultaneously but it will increase the time it takes for your device to charge.

A: Currently, you can only currently rent 1 Ghud Power battery at a time.

A: Your payment details will be charged on a daily basis for however long you rent a Ghud Power battery for.

A: You can report a faulty battery to customer support via the in app chat or call/WhatsApp on +233261240000.

A: If the station is full look on the Ghud Power app to find the nearest charging station to return your battery.

Ghud Power commits to helping to raise awareness about the environmental imperative of keeping batteries and other e-waste out of landfills and doing our part to recycle responsibly.

A: Your rental will continue to accrue with the pricing option you selected (Pay as you go at the hourly rate or pay per day for 24 hours) until you reach the maximum rental. Once that happens, you’ll be charged its purchase price and can keep the power bank. It is all yours.

A: To ensure your account set-up is secure, we use two-factor authentication, sending the mobile number you provide with a six-digit code as an SMS (text message.) This relies on your phone having enough mobile signal to receive it.

A: Each Ghud Power power bank comes with 3 charging cables: Lightning, micro-USB and USB-C. It means you can charge the vast majority of Android and Apple smartphones and tablets (Itel, Infinix, Techno, Huawei, LG, Honor, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi…), but also many other electronic devices such as some mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers, MP3 players, cameras, readers, laptops, gamepads...

A: Yes, you can charge the Ghud Power power bank. You’ll just need a micro-usb cable. But do not forget, we are charging you to keep it.

A: If you have a problem with a rental, which we hope won’t happen, please contact us within 10 days after the payment you are disputing, clearly stating the phone number associated with your Ghud Power account, the date of the transaction and the description of the problem you encountered.

A: No. This is the beauty of our "rent here, return there" model. Open the app to find other locations where you can rent and return the Power banks.

A: No, we do not. Our Power Banks don’t and will never have tracking capabilities. We use charging cables not data cables. Never data cables.

A: You give us your name or nick name and cell phone number to sign up. You will enter your payment information when prompted. Other than that, we don’t want to know much more! Payment is processed by Paystack.

A: - The owner should inform staff about the Power Bank Rental Station service.
- Staff at the location just need to make sure the station is powered at all times.
- Staff should make sure the station is visible to customers at all times.
- Staff should direct customers to the station when they request for charging service.

A: The location manager needs to contact Ghud Power since content is uploaded remotely from our head office. We can help with content creation.
